1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, firm, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you use the request form, this may also include the defendant's name, date and state of loss, case reference, deadline, and vehicle, property or policy identifiers you choose to share. Please share only what is needed to describe your request, and do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or medical information through the Site.

Information collected automatically

We use a lightweight first-party analytics script to understand how the Site is used. It records page views (page path and referring page), clicks on key calls to action, and when a form is started or submitted. Events are associated with a random session identifier stored in your browser’s session storage and are not linked to your identity unless you submit the contact form. We also receive limited technical data such as your approximate country and browser user agent. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

To respond to your requests and provide the Services;
To operate, secure and improve the Site and our Services;
To communicate with you about your request, billing or Site changes;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (for example, our hosting provider Cloudflare and our customer-relationship and analytics systems), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us.

The Contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set cookies or collect data under Google’s own policies when it loads.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not set marketing cookies. Our analytics uses browser session storage for a random session identifier that is cleared when you close your browser tab or window.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide the Services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server-side handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing request@tracepolicylimits.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as required by applicable law. Your browser may let you block scripts or clear session storage at any time.

9. Children

The Site is intended for legal professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest revision.
