Starting a new search?
Use the request form, which collects the details we need to start.
What to include
For a question about an existing report, include your firm name, the case reference you used and the date you submitted it. For a quote on a group of cases, tell us how many, what types (auto, commercial, premises) and how often you expect to send them.
Reporting a problem with a report
If you think a result is wrong or incomplete, email request@tracepolicylimits.com with the case reference and what you found. We will review it and reply, typically within one business day.
Sending case information
Please use the request form rather than email for names, dates of birth and accident reports. Do not send medical records or other sensitive client documents unless we have asked for them.
Firms with higher volume
Tell us roughly how many requests you send a month and we will discuss volume arrangements.
